Nicole Bui

Nicole Bui is a San Diego native and received her training from Danceology Academy of Classical Ballet with Elena Baltovik and California Professional Ballet Program with Maxim Tchnerychev. She was invited to Tulsa Ballet on full scholarship as a trainee and performed works by Ma Cong, Jera Wolfe, Marcello Angelini, and Alejandro Cerrudo. Upon graduating, she danced with Richmond Ballet, Wonderbound, and Zikr Dance, performing creation-based and repertoire pieces by Ma Cong, George Balanchine, Malcolm Burn, David Taylor, and more. She has also spent summers with Carmel Dance Festival, The School at Jacob's Pillow, Merce Cunningham Trust, Netherlands Dance Theatre, Joffrey Ballet, and Bolshoi Ballet. Currently, she is a California-based freelance artist.
