covid 19 protocols
This policy is in effect for all 2022 season performances. We will continue to evaluate and update these policies as the situation evolves.
Health & Safety Policy for Audience
-
Audience members and attendees, before entering the performance or event venue, will be asked to show a photo ID and proof that they meet the CDC criteria of being completely vaccinated against Covid-19 (vaccination card or photo of card).
-
Guests who cannot be vaccinated for any reasons may provide proof of a negative Covid-19: - 48 hours before an event for a PCR test or 24 hours before an event for a rapid antigen test
-
Live-streaming or virtual options of each Mainstage production will be available for ticket holders.
-
All attendees, regardless of vaccination status, are required to wear masks at all times.
-
Unvaccinated individuals are required to wear masks at all times, without exceptions.
NOTE: This policy is subject to change at any moment to reflect changing local, state, and federal regulations. Please return before your scheduled performance date to see our most recent policy.
TRBP Employee & Personnel Policy
TRBP's current Covid-19 Policy requires all staff and artists to be fully vaccinated by the beginning of the 2022 Season.
Because TRBP is a small company in nature, dancers are encouraged to wear masks in the studio, but not required to do so as long as all other safety protocols are being met.
TRBP has invested in several facility upgrades including optimized HVAC ventilation and filtration and streaming technology to allow choreographers to work with the dancers remotely together virtually. The TRBP studio will be thoroughly disinfected between each use, and all dancers, as well as anyone who enters the space, will be symptom and temperature checked daily and have it recorded in a daily log book. These specific, cautious, and highly monitored protocols allow our dancers to return to the studios safely.
Proof of Vaccination Resources
The State of California may have a record of your vaccination that you can access to be used as proof of vaccination to enter venues who require proof. To access this information visit: https://myvaccinerecord.cdph.ca.gov/ https://myvaccinerecord.cdph.ca.gov/
