covid 19 protocols
TRBP's current Covid-19 policy is to require staff and artists to be fully vaccinated. Audience members and attendees, before entering the performance or event venue, will be asked to show a photo ID and proof that they meet the CDC criteria of being completely vaccinated against Covid-19 (vaccination card or photo of card). Guests who cannot be vaccinated for medical reasons or religious views, may provide proof of a negative Covid-19 test results administered within the last 72 hours. Live-streaming or virtual options of each Mainstage production will be available for ticket holders. All attendees, regardless of vaccination status, are strongly encouraged to continue to wear masks, and any unvaccinated individuals are required to wear masks at all times, no exceptions. NOTE: This policy is subject to change at any moment to reflect changing local, state, and federal regulations. Please return before your scheduled performance date to see our most recent policy.
Proof of Vaccination Resources
The State of California may have a record of your vaccination that you can access to be used as proof of vaccination to enter venues who require proof. To access this information visit: https://myvaccinerecord.cdph.ca.gov/ https://myvaccinerecord.cdph.ca.gov/
Performance Health & Safety
The Rosin Box Project has been hard at work on substantial regulations, and new practices to assure our guests’ comfort, well-being, and most importantly, safety, including:
All 2022 Season performances will be hosted out-doors, or in spaces that allow for a significant amount of fresh air and ventilation
Sanitization and scrupulous cleaning of the facility/venue after every performance.
Contactless ticket tables/box office
Wristband system in which color denotes the level of comfortability each guest is with social distancing and interacting with others
Hand sanitizing stations strategically placed throughout the facility.
Peace of mind that the entire TRBP staff and artistic teams have been vaccinated.
