Move With Meaning

Social Emotional Learning & Wellness in motion

Move With Meaning is The Rosin Box Project’s movement-based social emotional learning program for middle and high school students, using contemporary dance as a tool for self-awareness, communication, emotional resilience, and human connection.

Through guided movement experiences, creative collaboration, reflection, and contemporary movement practices, students develop skills in empathy, confidence, adaptability, teamwork, and emotional expression — while building a stronger connection to both themselves and their community.

Designed to support the whole student, Move With Meaning creates space for creativity, self-discovery, and personal growth through movement experiences that are physically engaging, emotionally grounded, and accessible to students of all backgrounds and experience levels.
