Christian Denice is a dancer and choreographer from Los Angeles, California. His professional dance career includes performing with River North Dance Chicago, Les Ballets Jazz de Montréal, and Andonis Foniadakis Dance Company in Athens, Greece. As an artist, Christian is driven to investigate the complexities of the human experience, using dance as a pathway toward deeper reflection, sensation, and connection. His work invites both dancers and audiences to reconsider their perspectives on art, on others, and on their place in the world.

As an international choreographer, Christian has created new works for companies and organizations including BalletX, Cincinnati Ballet, Chamber Dance Project, Ballet22, Nevada Ballet Theatre, Odyssey Dance Theatre, DanceWorks Chicago, Los Angeles Contemporary Dance Company, Missouri Contemporary Ballet, Western Michigan University, MADCO, Wylliams/Henry Contemporary Dance Company, Eisenhower Dance Detroit, Houston Contemporary Dance Company, Kit Modus, and Dance Lab New York. He recently created his first full evening original narrative ballet for Marigny Opera Ballet in New Orleans that premiered in December 2025.

He has held numerous university and festival residencies across the United States for such institutes as Kennesaw State University, UNCSA, Joffrey Midwest, Keshet Center for the Arts, Interlochen Center for the Arts, Georgetown University, University of Missouri Kansas City, Dreyfoos School for the Arts, and Western Michigan University to name a few.

Christian was the 2015 winner of the University of South Florida’s Echo Choreographic Competition and was selected for the Joffrey Academy’s Winning Works Choreographic Competition in 2016. He continues to collaborate with Greek choreographer Andonis Foniadakis, restaging his work for companies throughout the United States and Europe, and recently served as répétiteur and rehearsal director for Texas-based ISHIDA Dance.
