HOW DO I WATCH THE PRODUCTIONS? CAN I WATCH THEM ON MY TV?
When you make a purchase from our website, you will be first asked to set up your account with TRBP via creating an email and password login (if you already have an account, are a Virtual Subscriber, or have already created an account on our site, you can login using your previous email and password credentials). If you purchased a rental, your account will already be populated with the production you rented and you will only have access to view it for the rental period. You must be logged in to your account to view your purchases and rentals.

HOW LONG DO I GET TO VIEW THE PRODUCTIONS?
If you purchased a single rental, you have 72 hours from the time you hit ‘play’ on a production. If you are a Virtual Subscriber, you have the full length of the run to view the production as many times as you like!
IS THERE ANYTHING EXTRA INCLUDED IN THE VIRTUAL SUBSCRIPTION?
Yes!! Our Virtual Subscription includes artist interviews with the creative team or artists from productions, access to our longer runs of our virtual content, behind the scenes video clips about the making of some of our works, mini virtual dance workshops, Open 'Virtual' Rehearsals, and our Out of The Box series! This content is exclusive to our Virtual Subscription holders- don’t miss out!
WHY CAN'T I ACCESS THE VIRTUAL SUBSCRIPTION PAGE?
You must be a Virtual Subscriber (either monthly, or annually) to access our Virtual Subscription page. If you already paid for a subscription, please make sure you are logged in on our site under the email and password you created when you signed up for the Virtual Subscription. To log into your account, there is a 'log in' button at the top right of every page. Please log in first and then navigate to the Virtual Subscription page to guarantee best access. *Please be aware that you can create an account by using your Facebook login, however, if you make purchases on this account, you must continue to login with Facebook to access your purchases.
