HOW DO I WATCH MY RENTED FILMS?
When you make a purchase from our website, you will be first asked to set up your account with TRBP via creating an email and password login (if you already have an account, are a Season Subscriber, or have already created an account on our site, you can login using your previous email and password credentials).
If you purchased a rental, your account will already be populated with the production you rented and you will only have access to view it for the rental period. You must be logged into your TRBP website account to view your rentals.

HOW LONG DO I GET TO VIEW RENTED FILMS?
If you purchased a single rental, you have 72 hours from the time you hit ‘play’ on a production. If you are a Virtual Subscriber, you have the full length of the run to view the production as many times as you like!
IS THERE ANYTHING EXTRA INCLUDED IN THE SEASON SUBSCRIPTION?
Yes!! Our Season Subscription includes access to our Digital Subscription page which includes artist interviews with the creative team or artists from productions, access to our longer runs of our virtual content, behind the scenes video clips about the making of some of our works, mini virtual dance workshops, and more! HOW DO I GET TO THE DIGITAL SUBSCRIPTION PAGE?
Only Digital Subscribers have access to the Digital Subscription page, if you do not have a subscription you will be redirected to the Plans and Pricing page. **In order to access the Digital Subscription page you must be logged in!
To log in on desktop and mobile devices: Open The Rosin Box Project's home page in your browser. At the top right hand corner there will be a yellow button that either reads "Log In" or it will say Your name. If it reads "Log In" then you are not currently logged in and should click on it and continue with the prompts to log back into your TRBP website account. All digital subscribers create a log in credentials (email and password) when they purchase and sign up for the Digital Subscription. ONLY WHEN YOU ARE LOGGED IN can you access the Digital Subscription page.
Navigating to the page on desktop - on TRBP's homepage, you have two options; you can hover your mouse over the menu tap titled "Media" and a dropdown list will appear, from that list click on the "Digital Subscription" button. The other way you can access the Digital Subscription page from the homepage it to scroll down the page and click on the text that says "Digital Subscription". Again, you will be prompted to Log In if you are not already logged in.
Navigating to the page on mobile device - on TRBP's homepage, you have two options; you can scroll down to the words "Digital Subscription" and click on them or you can click on the three lines (often referred to as a 'hamburger') in the top right corner and the menu will open, from there click on the "Media" tab which will open a dropdown menu, and from there you can click on "Digital Subscription".
WHY CAN'T I ACCESS THE DIGITAL SUBSCRIPTION PAGE?
You must be a Digital Subscriber (either monthly, or annually) to access our Digital Subscription page. If you already paid for a subscription, please make sure you are logged in on our site under the email and password you created when you signed up for the Digital Subscription. To log into your account, there is a 'log in' button at the top right of every page. Please log in first and then navigate to the Digital Subscription page to guarantee best access. If you have forgotten your password and email you used to sign up for the Digital Subscription, you can reset it by clicking "Forgot Password" on the Log In screen.
*Please be aware that you can create an account by using your Facebook login, however, if you make purchases on this account, you must continue to login with Facebook to access your purchases.

WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN 'DIGITAL SUBSCRIPTION' AND 'VIRTUAL SUBSCRIPTION'?
There is no difference, they are one in the same. We changed the name 'Virtual Subscription' to 'Digital Subscription' to try and alleviate confusion regarding the subscription page and The Virtual Box page where non-subscribers can rent dance films.
